Our 5500 square foot facility features the latest in exercise and sports conditioning equipment. Located in the MTS Iceplex, Winnipeg's newest recreation complex, complete with four rinks, The Press Box Restaurant & Sports Bar, conference room, pro shop and goalie training centre, we are your one stop shop for hockey training and recreation. We can accomodate athletes from all sports and all levels of fitness and performance.

We feature Life Fitness treadmills and their Lemond spin bikes; swiss, medicine and BOSU balls; cable columns, free weights and Olympic lifting platforms; extreme balancing boards, agility ladders, bungee cords and resistance belts; and the Power Plyos TM Trainer. As well we incorporate proven old school tools and methods like: tractor tires, sleds, climbing ropes and kettle balls to ensure you are challenged to improve your total body strength and overall conditioning.
